Adam Ross (1962, Pasadena CA) received a Masters in Fine Art from the University of California (1989). In 1988 he was awarded with the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture Fellowship and the William Dole Fellowship from the University of California. Selected solo shows include Hales Gallery (London), Galerie Jean-Luc et Takako Richard (Paris), Angles Gallery (Santa Monica), Kevin Bruk Gallery (Miami) and the Sara Meltzer Gallery (New York). Selected group exhibitions include Den Frie Udstillingsbygning (Copenhagen), Leo Castelli Gallery (New York), Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (Philadelphia) and Limehouse Arts Foundation (London). His work can be found in numerous collections including The Museum of Contemporary Art (Los Angeles), Museum of Contemporary Art (San Diego) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, List Visual Arts Center (Cambridge, MA). He lives and works in Los Angeles, where he is on the Fine Arts faculty at Art Center College of Design, Pasadena.  

Sarah Awad (USA, b. 1981) received her BFA from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena, CA (2007), and an MFA from UCLA (2011). Awad's paintings demonstrate a masterful use of color and an impressive investigation of spatial relationships. Currently, her solo exhibition, The Women, is on view at DRFA through November 30. This year, her paintings were included in three important group shows: Rogue Wave '13 (15 Artists From Los Angeles) at L.A. Louver Gallery, Venice, CA; First Anniversary Exhibition of Paintings and Sculpture and Photographs at DRFA; and Paradox Maintenance Technicians at the Torrance Art Museum, Torrance, CA (2013). Recent solo exhibitions include Transference and Speculation (2012) and Instruments of Culture (2011), at James Harris Gallery, Seattle, Washington. Sarah Awad lives and works in Los Angeles.
