Diane Rosenstein Fine Art is pleased to announce the West Coast representation of Karin Apollonia Müller. Müller uses photography to investigate the play between nature and cultivated spaces: how each tries to control the other. Her images are often made from distant vantage points and are filled with the humor and sadness of chance juxtaposition, as well as the failure of the built environment to comply with the human imperative to order. Müller’s current work pulls focus on human life from an even greater distance than did previous series: she works now with images from the reaches of outer space. Karin Apollonia Müller will exhibit these new photographic works at DRFA in December 2013: her first solo exhibition in Los Angeles since 2007.
